I am happy to announce that the 16th SCBA International Symposium will be held in Hangzhou, China from June 29th to July 2nd, 2017. This biannual SCBA symposium is one of the main activities organized by SCBA for its members, who are from the United States, Canada, Europe, and increasingly, Asia. Established in 1984, SCBA aims to provide a platform for scientific interactions among members through both local society functions as well as international conferences.
The theme of the 2017 SCBA International Symposium is Advancing Science, Improving Health. We are fortunate to have participations of many leaders in their respective fields as keynote and plenary speakers, who will cover areas of signaling, mechanisms and therapeutics for cancer, stem cells, nucleic acid and neurobiology, as well as cutting edge structural biology. In addition, we also have 48 sessions that cover an even wider range of biology and medicine, including immunology, basic mechanisms of gene regulation, genomic biology, genetic and metabolic diseases, stem cell, gene and cell therapy, aging and degenerative diseases.
The 16th SCBA International Symposium promises to be a venue for exciting sciences and networking opportunities. We are looking forward to seeing you all in Hangzhou in June of this year.
